Pure Zest’s founder Yasmin Lambat is driven by a passion for helping people realise their purpose, their potential and ability to lead themselves and others. Her coaching style is best suited to individuals who want to achieve a powerful state of emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

With 19 years’ experience working with and developing people in the UK, Europe and now South Africa, Yasmin is an experienced Executive Coach, Wellness Coach, ESCI accredited assessor, ICF accredited coach, Somatic Coach and Somatic Educator. Somatic principles are based on working with the individual as a whole using a non-directive sensory approach to learning. Sensory learning is far more effective in developing Emotional Intelligence than cognitive learning alone.  So feeling it is better than simply reading about it.
