Body Sensing 123
Body Sensing is a Somatic Coaching tool that we have incorporated into our Executive Wellness coaching programmes to enhance both physical and emotional wellbeing using the mind body connection.
So how do we know that the mind and body are connected? Have you ever had that “butterflies in your tummy” feeling when you’re nervous? Shivers up your spine when you’re cold? Blush when you’re embarrassed? Tense up when you’re stressed? It’s a form of communication or exchange of information that happens in our every- day lives between the mind and body that we are often unaware of or ignore.
Tapping into this sensory ability to “feel” the mind through our body gives us a deeper and more powerful sense of awareness and greater sense of control over our emotions and actions.

Programme Description
